Start Learn Practice Assess
This program was designed by behavioral psychologists to help teach the science and basic principles of learning and behavior.

The goal is to make learning easier and more accessible for anyone. The program provides an an overview and explanation of main content and concepts (Learn), while also providing practice with the materials (Assess). Repeated practice through additional brief quizzes are presented for anyone who wants or needs more time to learn the concepts.
Each learn lesson presents only a handful of new concepts. You will be prompted to reply to questions throughout the lesson. There will then be response feedback and an explanation about the correct answer. These lessons should be completed before the corresponding LaB Assessments.
Learning and Behavior (LaB) assessments quiz your understanding to better inform you about whether you should review the lesson before progressing. There are 3 LaBs per lesson, each 10 questions in length. Correct responses are not displayed for LaB assessments.
